• • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• • Items without original packaging

To initiate a return:

• 2. Provide:

• • Once approved, we will ask you to ship the product back.

• • Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
• • Refund will be credited to:
  → Original payment method OR → Bank account (if required)
• ⏳ Refund timeline: 5–10 business days

• • Replacement is subject to product availability.
• • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

• • If return is due to our error → FREE
• • If customer-initiated return → shipping charges may apply

• • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
